Locum Physician Family Practice
Description:
Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric to geriatric.
Provides supervision and may serve as charge nurse.
Develops, reviews, and updates nursing care plans; implements and evaluates patient interventions.
Educates patients and families, acts as a preceptor, and supports staff orientation.
Ensures accurate documentation, maintains patient confidentiality, and communicates effectively with the care team.
Utilizes critical thinking to apply the nursing process, manage patient flow, and oversee unit operations.
Promotes safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requires BSN preferred, RN license, BLS, and 6 months+ nursing experience.
