The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care per nursing standards, addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications, documents patient information, and educates patients and families.
Utilizes critical thinking to develop and modify care plans, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
Manages patient flow, unit operations, and equipment, promoting efficient unit functions.
Maintains accurate health information documentation, processes medical orders, and interprets patient charts.
Ensures patient safety through adherence to safety protocols and quality improvement activities.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and additional certifications; 1+ year experience preferred.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
