LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

The Clinical Manager oversees pediatric clinical services, collaborating with medical leadership to develop and implement quality improvement and educational programs that boost patient and provider satisfaction.

Requires RN licensure in New Mexico, with BSN preferred, and certifications including BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC.

Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, communication, analytical, and team-building skills, with experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and dealing with physicians.

Minimum 5 years of pediatric or women’s services clinical experience, plus 2 years of management experience.

Reports to the Chief Nursing Executive; works in a clean, safe environment, with flexible hours and the ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.

Must effectively communicate, develop written materials, and adapt to schedule changes.
