The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care per standards and evidence-based practices.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting thoroughly.

Provides patient and family education, anticipates patient throughput needs, and facilitates smooth admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Leads unit operations, ensures safety, maintains equipment, and complies with healthcare regulations.

Utilizes clinical policies, manages health information documentation, and ensures accuracy in medical orders and chart interpretation.

Prioritizes patient safety, addresses safety concerns, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, 1 year experience (preferred), and BLS certification.

Full-time, 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts.
