Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.

Plans for patient flow, discharge, and transfers to optimize unit operations.

Ensures safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Demonstrates proficiency in medical equipment, health information documentation, and processing medical orders.

Reads and interprets patient charts, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Promotes patient safety, reports near misses, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Requires BSN, RN license, BLS, with 1+ year experience preferred. Full-time, varies schedule.
