This nursing role requires independent practice in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care while managing long-term goals.

Demonstrates proficiency in the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—adapting care to patient needs.

Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, providing education and resources.

Ensures safe medication administration, monitors treatment effects, and maintains accurate documentation.

Coordinates patient flow, anticipates discharge needs, and manages unit operations effectively.

Follows safety standards, complies with healthcare regulations, and promotes a safe environment.

Utilizes health information systems, manages medical equipment, and interprets patient charts accurately.

Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of experience, RN license, and BLS certification.

Work schedule varies; full-time position.
