CDL-A Dedicated Kroger Truck Driver - Home Most Nights

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care activities.

Collaborate with Clinical Associates and healthcare teams to meet individual patient needs using appropriate resources.

Ensure delivery of quality, safe, and cost-effective care.

Foster working relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other care disciplines involved in patient and family care.

Requirements include a current Louisiana RN License, BLS and ACLS certifications.

Work schedule is to be determined, with a per diem as needed basis.
