The Nurse provides independent, comprehensive care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations.
Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, along with addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.
Makes appropriate assignments and delegates tasks to team members to manage patient care effectively.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, RN license, and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
