Acute Care Occupational Therapist PRN

Seeking a full-time Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to support cancer patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities include developing supportive care programs, educating staff and patients, reviewing care plans, optimizing therapy, and serving as a subject matter expert in oncology.

Requires Doctorate in Pharmacy, licensed pharmacist, board certification in oncology, and at least 3 years of hospital and oncology experience. PGY-2 residency or equivalent preferred.
