Behavior Therapist

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a Long Term Care facility in Hertford, NC.

Provide patient treatment under supervision, assist in identifying and referring patients for rehab.

Document progress accurately, ensure MD orders are followed, and assist with documentation.

Participate in meetings, schedule patients, complete billing logs, and cover caseloads as needed.

Supervise junior staff, maintain professional relationships, and provide in-service education.

Adhere to facility policies, confidentiality, productivity requirements, and ensure punctuality.

Perform other duties as assigned, fostering a positive work environment.
