Physical Therapist

This Pharmacy Technician II assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, performing technical tasks to support pharmacy operations.

Under supervision, prepares oral, topical, and parenteral medications, including IV compounding, labeling, and packaging.

Enters physician orders into the system, updates patient profiles, and assists with medication requests.

Monitors inventory levels, expiration dates, and replenishes medications; inspects pharmacy areas regularly.

Fills automated dispensing machines, transports medications, and prepares IV admixtures using aseptic techniques.

Handles medication delivery, including narcotics, and maintains controlled substance logs.

Performs duties across all pharmacy locations, may assist with training new technicians, and maintains a clean work environment.

Requires a high school diploma, 3 years hospital experience or equivalent training, and pharmacy technician certification.
