LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services across hospital-based units.

Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide recovery using advanced therapies.

Communicate progress to team members, document care in compliance with regulations, and instruct families and staff on follow-up programs.

Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications include a degree from an accredited program, valid license, CPR certification, and strong organizational skills.
