The MA/EMT assists in coordinating outpatient primary care under supervision, requiring graduation from an accredited program and active certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA or EMT/Paramedic). Certification must be obtained within six months of hire, with CPR certification required.
The LPN supports physicians in patient care, maintaining licensure, with at least one year of experience preferred. LPNs must hold a current license issued by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau and maintain certifications, including CPR.
All roles necessitate maintaining credentials in good standing to perform job duties effectively.
