Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

We are seeking a skilled veterinarian to lead our small animal practice as Medical Director, overseeing policies and enhancing services.

Must have 5+ years of clinical experience and a culture-driven mindset.

Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and confident in small animal medicine (pocket pets a plus).

Trusts and collaborates with a skilled technician team.

Leadership experience is a plus.

Full-time role with flexible hours (no weekends or emergency/on-call).
