Seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise individualized ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and lead a team of Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy in various settings, collaborating with families and professionals, analyzing data, and ensuring ethical compliance.

Qualifications required are active BCBA certification, experience in behavior plan development, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to travel.
