Class A Truck Driver

The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care to patients based on physician referrals, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.

Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT) and licensed in the state with at least one year of post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities include developing and adjusting treatment plans, overseeing PT staff, documenting care, and ensuring patient safety and rights.

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, good body mechanics, and adherence to company policies and confidentiality.

Essential functions involve patient assessment, goal setting, interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintaining professional and positive interactions.

Must be dependable, demonstrate good judgment, and be capable of physical activities such as lifting and moving patients.
