The qualified Nurse independently practices in a similar clinical setting, managing routine and complex care while planning long-term goals.
Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and delegates appropriately to team members.
Provides nursing care aligned with ANA standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, delivering education and support.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
Documents patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Assesses learning needs of patients and families, offering education and resource guidance.
Job requirements include a preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. The position is full-time, working from 8 AM to 8 PM.
