Join us as a Clinical Program Manager – Policies & Procedures (RN), a strategic leadership role overseeing clinical policy development and implementation.

Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of evidence-based policies aligned with regulatory standards, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Collaborate with clinical, legal, and operational teams to promote consistency and support staff training and audit readiness.

Manage clinical initiatives from planning to evaluation, driving efficiency, service growth, and interdepartmental support.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and data analysis, resolving issues and prioritizing efforts to meet organizational goals.

Provide supervision, foster stakeholder communication, and support community-based services and regulatory compliance.

Require RN licensure, a BSN (Master’s preferred), minimum 4 years’ leadership experience, strong project management, and interpersonal skills.
