Assistant Director of Nursing-ADON

This full-time RN position at CNRVMC in Christiansburg, VA, involves evening/night shifts with every third weekend and rotating holidays, supporting OB-Labor Delivery with OR roles including Circulator, Scrub, and First Assist.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across all ages, performing assessments, developing and updating interdisciplinary care plans, and accurately administering treatments and medications using electronic medical records.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR and other relevant certifications, and proficiency with electronic health records (EPIC).

Candidates must complete orientation and competency assessments, demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.
