The Staff Therapist provides clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults to promote mental health for all.
Responsibilities include therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and consultation, maintaining 60% (advanced clinicians) or 56% (others) direct service hours per month.
Maintains detailed, confidential records of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, including timely completion of IATP and LOCUS assessments.
Ensures progress notes are entered within three business days and keeps EMR and other calendars updated.
Coordinates care with internal and external providers, participates in clinical meetings, accreditation, and community services.
Qualifications include a relevant graduate degree (e.g., MSW, M.A., Psy.D.) and three professional references demonstrating clinical competence.
