As a Crisis Therapist based in a 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Unit, you'll provide immediate mental health support, conduct assessments, collaborate with law enforcement, administer medications, educate clients, and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field, licensure as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Kansas, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Preferred candidates have QMHP and Case Management training and experience with Microsoft Office.
