Contract RN

• Provides evidence-based Occupational Therapy services, including patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and documentation.

Coordinates cognitive and physical skills training for daily living activities, both in clinical, home, and community settings.

Collaborates with team members, represents the department in meetings, and participates in research and mentorship roles.

Develops goals, administers treatments, and makes discharge and referral recommendations, ensuring safety and proper use of adaptive equipment.

Maintains detailed documentation per standards, communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Supervises support staff, participates in departmental activities, and serves as a clinical instructor for OT students.

Ensures safety, adheres to ethical standards, and maintains professional licensure and certifications.

Requires relevant education, licensure, experience with brain injuries preferred, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
