CRNA Locums in Beautiful Virginia Location

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time hospice case management in the Greater Detroit area.

Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.

Coordinate services across departments, serve as a liaison with patients and families, and monitor patient progress.

Educate families on health management and resources, ensuring effective communication and adherence to treatment plans.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of nursing experience, active RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
