Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Join a dedicated correctional health care team in Mississippi as a full-time Psychiatrist at Mississippi State Penitentiary in Parchman.

Provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and psychiatric consultations for inmates, including inpatient and outpatient care.

Supervise and train site staff, approve treatment plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up and discharge planning.

Conduct assessments, manage medications, and deliver individual or group therapy as needed.

Create and monitor treatment efficiency, participate in staff education, and support behavioral health programming.

Must be a licensed psychiatrist in Mississippi with completed residency and current DEA number.
