CDL-A Owner Operator Truck Driver

This Physical Therapist evaluates and treats students with disabilities to support their education in the least restrictive environment.

Develops and implements individualized therapy plans, collaborates with school teams, parents, and community agencies, and contributes to IEPs and Section 504 Plans.

Provides direct services, consults on assistive technology and environmental accommodations, and monitors student progress.

Documents services in compliance with policies, evaluates outcomes, and ensures smooth transitions from school to community.

Supervises therapy assistants and adheres to ethical, legal, and professional standards.

Requires valid Illinois licensure, passing the national exam, and ongoing continuing education. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.
