Class A Truck Driver

The Manager Clinical Pharmacy oversees clinical pharmacy services, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapies.

Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, participating in formulary and guideline development, antimicrobial and opioid stewardship, and managing drug shortages.

Facilitates clinical education, preceptorship, and performance improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensures compliance with regulations, maintains current clinical knowledge, and leads pharmacy committees.

Qualifications include a PharmD or BS Pharmacy, residency or equivalent clinical experience, pharmacy licensure, board certification within 1 year, and proficiency with hospital systems.

Requires 3-5 years hospital pharmacy experience, leadership skills, and commitment to professional growth.
