Night Shift Charge Nurse

Join our outpatient mental health team providing virtual and in-person therapy across Arizona, including Goodyear/Phoenix.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, remote or hybrid work in modern, welcoming offices.

Therapists can use modalities aligned with their strengths, supported by streamlined documentation, professional development, and a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include delivering psychotherapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing caseloads with timely documentation.

Compensation is $40/hour with full-time benefits such as health insurance, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and CE reimbursement.

Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) residing in AZ or eligible states are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, proficiency with digital tools, excellent communication, reliability, and a commitment to client-centered, culturally humble care.
