Clinician (Lake Butler, FL)

The LPN participates in developing and updating residents' Plans of Care, implementing delegated interventions under RN or physician orders, and providing high-quality routine care in compliance with Minnesota BON standards, residents’ rights, and the facility’s QAPI program.

The Float Pool offers staffing support across various facilities, allowing flexible shift selection based on facility needs, with travel expected and benefits provided.

Qualifications include completing a Minnesota-approved nursing program, holding a current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR/emergency care certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Preferred experience includes working in skilled nursing or assisted living settings.
