Radiology Tech (Xray Tech) - Urgent Care - Greer

This role involves providing individualized patient care by following each client's plan while maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, reporting abnormal findings, administering medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Ensures infection control policies are followed, accurately documents care, and communicates with family, case managers, and physicians about patient progress and changes.

Orders supplies, maintains medical equipment, and reports faulty devices.

Completes incident reports, monitors patient safety, and ensures all care is delivered per physician instructions.

Qualifications include a current Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse license, CPR certification, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of patient care policies, and willingness to travel between facilities.
