The role involves developing relationships with residents, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring ADLs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on care plans.
The position is full-time, day shift (6A-6P), with responsibilities including safe medication administration and resident care.
Requirements include an associate’s degree, LPN/LVN license, and patient care experience.
