Assess patient needs, symptoms, and progress through comprehensive evaluations.

Implement prescribed treatments, medications, and care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.

Perform patient admissions and approximately five nursing visits daily.

Accurately document patient information, responses, and reports for team communication.

Maintain current RN licensure in Indiana and CPR certification.

Preferred experience includes medical/surgical nursing and home health or hospice care.
