RN Supervisor

• RN position offering weekends only (Friday-Sunday) in home health and hospice care.

Provide one-on-one patient care in their homes, including assessments, wound care, IV therapy, medication, and pain management.

Handle incoming calls, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with physicians.

Complete initial and ongoing assessments, develop and revise care plans as needed.

Qualifications include RN license, compassionate nature, clinical skills, computer proficiency, reliable transportation, and prior home health or hospice experience preferred.
