Intake Counselor

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach optimal performance.

Plans therapy sessions using physical exercises, massage, heat, water, and utilizes mechanical, electrical, prosthetic, and orthotic devices.

Evaluates, documents, and reports patient progress throughout treatment.

Requirements include CPR, TX license in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited program; Master's preferred.

1-2 years of experience in acute, rehab, or outpatient care.

Strong communication skills and solid understanding of therapy practices.

Work type: Per Diem As Needed.
