Nurse Practitioner - MAT

Position: Week Night On-Call Registered Nurse, RN with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay: $65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience.

Scheduled for after-hours weekdays, responsible for patient care per physician orders, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Provides patient visits weekly, resolving issues via phone or in person during after hours, with availability for work-related calls.

Qualifications include RN licensure in the state, nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred), and strong nursing knowledge.
