Hospice Admissions RN - PM Shift (Madison)

We are seeking a licensed nurse practitioner (NP) to join our team, offering both part-time and full-time positions with day shifts only—no nights or weekends.

Provide evidence-based medical care, including managing chronic, urgent, and minor injury cases.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications include active NP license, board certification, DEA licensure, MSN degree, and at least 5 years of nursing experience.

Strong communication, time management, proficiency in EMR systems, and physical ability are required.
