The Staff Therapist provides clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults to support mental health goals.
They deliver therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client consultation.
Maintains 60% direct service hours for advanced clinicians and 56% for others.
Keeps confidential records of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, including timely documentation in the EMR.
Completes IMCANS (IATP) assessments within 30 days of initial contact and updates as needed, along with LOCUS documentation.
Coordinates care with internal and external providers and participates in clinical meetings, accreditation, and community services.
Responds to outreach related to client fees and payments.
Must hold a relevant graduate degree and three professional references demonstrating clinical competence.
