GNA - Geriatric Nursing Assistant - Day Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 170 beds, certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

Assess and develop personalized care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress.

Assist in staffing decisions, ensuring adequate coverage, and schedule work assignments.

Perform daily rounds to oversee CNA performance and maintain quality standards.

Monitor absenteeism, address grievances, and foster a positive, calm environment.

Report occupational hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications include an RN license (compact preferred), BSN (desired), CPR certification, and experience in sub-acute settings is a plus.
