Ensures compliance with ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols.
Documents patient information accurately and educates patients and families on care and resources.
Utilizes critical thinking and evidence-based practice to develop and modify care plans, reassessing and documenting progress.
Facilitates patient flow, discharge planning, and unit operations, including resource management.
Promotes safety, quality improvement, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintains knowledge of clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, and patient safety practices.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of relevant experience. Full-time role with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety.
