CDL-A Regional Truck Driver

Seeking a licensed LPN (OSHA Class 1) responsible for managing resident care on their assigned unit, ensuring quality and compliance with health, sanitation, and infection control policies.

Requires Massachusetts licensure, CPR certification, and preferred experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation.

Must demonstrate strong communication, accountability, teamwork, and customer service skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work scheduled hours.

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent movement, and good sensory functions.

Key duties include administering medications, documenting physician orders, conducting resident rounds, updating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
