This role supports a Child Focused Assertive Community Treatment Team, providing community-based mental health services to children with severe emotional disturbances.
Key responsibilities include delivering individual, family, and group therapy, conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and participating in crisis response.
Must complete clinical documentation, coordinate care, and collaborate with team members using electronic health records and telehealth tools.
Requires a Master's degree in Human Services or related field, NC licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or LCAS), and at least one year of relevant experience.
Candidates must have strong clinical, analytical, communication, and cultural competence skills, and a valid NC driver’s license.
Physical demands include sitting, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and outdoor/indoor work.
