The Resource Pool offers diverse nursing opportunities across units such as Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, and specialty tracks including Peds, NICU, PICU, M/B, ED Observation, Inpatient Rehab, and Psych.
As an RN, you will provide quality, compassionate care, demonstrating respect, empathy, and teamwork for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include age-specific assessments, developing and updating interdisciplinary care plans, administering treatments and medications accurately, and documenting care using electronic medical records.
Requirements: graduation from an accredited nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR and other certifications as needed, computer skills, and successful completion of orientation and competency assessments.
