• Provide mental health treatment, psychotherapy, case management, and treatment planning for youth and families receiving Intensive Community Services.
Complete assessments and deliver individual, family, and group therapy in-home and at subcontractor facilities.
Maintain accurate client records and complete necessary documentation promptly.
Coordinate treatment and communicate with collateral agents and subcontractors.
Follow organizational policies and provide consultation to community agencies and subcontractors.
Offer Wraparound care planning for youth and families.
Maintain productivity, participate in supervision, and attend meetings and trainings.
Avail for on-call duties; perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications include a Master’s in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field; licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required within 6 months of eligibility; experience in mental health/substance abuse treatment; strong communication and teamwork skills.
