RN Supervisor

Seeking a competent Nurse with independent practice experience in a clinical setting.

Provides routine and complex patient care, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and educates patients and families.

Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care accurately.

Demonstrates leadership in unit operations, patient flow, safety, and quality improvement.

Follows clinical policies, maintains documentation, and ensures equipment safety.

Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and relevant certifications.

One year of experience preferred.

Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time.
