Description:
The RN II is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
They ensure quality communication, teamwork, leadership, and adherence to professional standards.
Responsibilities include patient teaching, safety initiatives, and supervising health team activities.
Requirements include an RN license, BLS certification, Associates degree (BSN preferred), and relevant experience (minimum 1872 hours, or 936 with a BSN).
Additional certifications are preferred.
The role involves participating in unit and hospital initiatives, peer reviews, and educational activities.
