Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with children aged birth to 3 in home and community settings with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Provide individualized early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
Collaborate with families to develop and implement the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), focusing on family priorities and cultural considerations.
Conduct assessments, offer direct speech therapy, and facilitate parent-child interactions to support developmental goals.
Act as a service coordinator, monitoring intervention plans and maintaining thorough documentation.
Requirements include MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
