Radiology Tech (Xray Tech) - Urgent Care - Greer

Seeking an RN Manager for a leadership role overseeing participant care and staff management at a PACE® program in Windsor Heights, IA.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staffing, training, and performance of CNA staff, and coordinating care services both in-center and in participants' homes.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop person-centered care plans aimed at maintaining participant independence and reducing hospitalizations.

Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains documentation, and participates in quality improvement activities.

Requires a current RN license, 2+ years of nursing and management experience, and travel capability; BLS certification is necessary.
