This role provides direct clinical supervision to maintain nursing standards and support unit functioning during third shift.
Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing with 2+ years of healthcare/nursing experience, including recent RN III or equivalent roles.
Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, and preferably specialty certifications.
Must demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and care planning skills, with knowledge of human development.
