Class A CDL Driver - Regional

Provides case management and community psychiatric support in assigned cottage as part of the clinical team.

Collaborates with clinical and operational staff to implement therapeutic plans.

Communicates with external agencies (courts, schools, family, doctors) to coordinate services and treatment.

Prepares reports, updates treatment plans, and manages scheduling and documentation.

Facilitates group and individual sessions, supporting residents' goals and progress.

Participates in community appointments, court hearings, and transition planning.

Assists with resident intake, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination.

Maintains confidentiality, updates releases, and manages client information.

Ensures safety and crisis intervention using certified skills.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in social work or related field, 1-2 years experience, license-eligible social worker, and valid Ohio driver’s license.

Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and physical ability to handle stressful situations required.
