PT Class A Truck Driver

Summary:

The competent Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and makes appropriate assignments or delegations to care team members.

Meets core competencies such as self-leadership, team leadership, and leadership of others.

Provides nursing care following the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients.

Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring effects and side-effects.

Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.

Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.

Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure in the state or via compact license.

This is a full-time position.
