Responsibilities include providing personalized resident care, monitoring health, administering medications, and ensuring safety.
The ideal candidate has a current LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional duties involve mentoring staff, documenting health updates, and supporting a secure, dignified environment.
